No Escape was my 2019 HSC Visual Arts Body of Work. It comprises six cradles that each contain a graphically designed image combined with an element of physical technology, including an iPad and various found objects. By recontextualising elements of old technology through a modern lens, my artwork critiques contemporary society's growing reliance on the devices around us, transforming into an almost symbiotic relationship. It questions our relationship with technology and its evolution since the dawn of the Information Age.
